Stems Solutions is committed to ensuring the privacy of our clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders. This Privacy Policy outlines general information as to Stems (safety management software), and its client’s data, how it is maintained, and the security of any information, both personal and business, that is collected in the course of conducting our business.
Collection of Personal Information
Stems will only collect Personal Information for the sole purpose of providing you or your business with the products and services you have asked us to supply you with.
The nature of the Personal Information collected by Stems will depend upon the Primary Purpose for which it is collected.
The nature of any Personal Information collected is likely to differ depending on the products and services required.
Where a business relationship already exists with Stems, or one is reasonably likely to exist in the near future, it may be necessary to request additional information to allow Stems to perform its business activities. If this additional information is required, you will be notified prior to it being collected.
Use of Information
Stems Solutions, and its product, Stems, does not use client or personal data in anyway for its own benefit. It is not used, passed on, or made accessible in any way to any other party, and is only used for the sole purpose of providing our services to the individual/client. Our strict policy is that the data contained in Stems is the sole property of the client.
Online Privacy Policy
Information collected via Stems is also subject to this Privacy Policy.
Non-Personal Information, such as statistics related to Stems software navigation and source of webpage visits within our products, will be collected. This information is used to analyse User behaviours, for the improvement of Stems, and its Users.
Disclosure of Information
Information collected by Stems will only be available to Stems employees, and only when relevant, such as User support. Stems Solutions does not, and will not sell, trade or disclose any collected information to any third parties, unless it is required by law.
Security of Information & Employee Security
Stored information will generally not be accessible by Stems employees unless we are required to disclose collected information for the purposes highlighted above, or, if required by a User/Client for the sole purpose of User or technical support.
All Stems Employees have a Police check prior to employment, and every 12 months thereafter. All systems have processes to help protect client information and data, and all access is logged. Stems has a zero tolerance policy (Instant dismissal process) with its employees in regards to any misuse or unauthorised access to client information and data.
